Buying the hardware and running it at home is a third path, next to a cloud share and a hall placement. People mix the fees up because the machine on the photo looks the same.
If it ships to you, Montaris is a seller. Power, noise, import, and the pool are then yours. The care plan for hall stock does not follow the crate unless the invoice says it does.
If it stays in a hall, you are buying a place in a rack, or a fraction of a machine that never leaves. You do not choose the socket. You do read the tariff.
Ask the desk which of the two the price includes. A number without that sentence is not a quote.
